1. About Digital Jugaad

Digital Jugaad provides digital marketing and creative services including:

  • Website Development (Static, Dynamic, Ecommerce)
  • Creative Designing (Branding, Social Media Creatives, Print Designs)
  • Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads)
  • Video Production & Editing
  • Business Growth Consultation

By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of digital and creative work.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing any service from us, you:

  • Accept all terms listed here
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws
  • Agree that Digital Jugaad may update these Terms anytime

If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally permitted to enter into contracts

4. Services & Project Process

a. Project Initiation

A project begins only after:

  • Clear discussion and confirmation of requirements
  • Advance payment as mutually agreed
  • Submission of necessary content (texts, images, logos, brand info)

b. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on:

  • Project size
  • Client responsiveness
  • Revisions requested

Delays from the client’s side extend the delivery timeline.

c. Revisions

Standard packages include limited revisions.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

d. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Review and approve drafts on time
  • Make timely payments

5. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms are 50% advance and 50% before final handover (unless your package states differently).
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • Project work starts only after receiving the advance.
  • Failure to clear final dues may result in withholding of deliverables or website access.

6. Refund Policy

Digital services take time, effort, and resources. Therefore:

  • No refunds on completed work, ongoing work, or digital deliverables.
  • Advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.
  • For ads management and marketing services, fees paid for management are non-refundable.
  • Ad spend (Google/Facebook) is directly paid to platforms and cannot be refunded by us.

(A separate detailed Refund Policy can be created if needed.)

7. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is made.
  • Any drafts, concepts, or rejected ideas remain the property of Digital Jugaad.

b. Usage Rights

  • We may use completed projects in our portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your business information, documents, project data, and strategies.
However, we may disclose information if required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital Jugaad is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)
  • Loss of data due to external attacks, hosting issues, or user error
  • Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
  • Delays caused by clients or unavoidable circumstances

Our liability, under all circumstances, is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools for:

  • Payment processing
  • Hosting
  • Marketing platforms
  • Analytics
  • Video and design tools

We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

11. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree NOT to:

  • Misuse or attempt hacking
  • Copy, reproduce, or download any content without permission
  • Perform actions that may harm the website or servers

12. Termination of Services

Digital Jugaad reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed
  • The client behaves unprofessionally
  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal work is requested

No refunds will be provided under termination due to violations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Zirakpur / Chandigarh, Punjab.
