Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Digital Jugaad. We aim to deliver high-quality digital services including website development, creative designing, performance marketing, and video production.
Because our work is service-based and customized, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.

1. No Return Policy (Digital Services)

Digital Jugaad provides digital services, not physical products.
Therefore, returns are not applicable under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

Since all our services involve time, effort, planning, and resource allocation, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the project has started.

Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

  • After advance payment and project initiation
  • If client delays or fails to provide required content
  • If the client changes their mind during or after the project
  • For ads management / marketing services once campaigns are created or launched
  • For creative or design work after sharing first draft
  • For website development after structural/design approval
  • For dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
  • If project delay is caused by the client’s unresponsiveness

3. Advance Payment Policy

  • All advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Work begins only after receipt of the initial advance.
  • If a client decides to stop the project midway, the advance will not be refunded.

4. Refund Exceptions (Very Rare Cases)

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional conditions:

  • If work has not started from our side within the committed timeline
  • If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal technical limitations
  • If both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before any work begins

Any approved refund (rare) will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

5. Ad Spend Refunds (Google, Meta, YouTube)

  • All advertising budgets paid directly to platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) cannot be refunded by us.
  • Refunds for ad credit (if any) depend entirely on the respective platform’s policies.

6. Project Cancellation by Digital Jugaad

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • Client behaves unprofessionally
  • Client requests illegal, harmful, or unethical work
  • Payments are delayed beyond agreed terms
  • Content is not provided within a reasonable timeline

In such cases, no refund shall be provided.
